Fairytale Alice reached the other side of the mirror. We set off to the other side of the Baltic Sea as part of the Naturally Baltic project together with chef Wit Szychowski. Through the discovery of just as fabulous and mysterious places there, we have tasted unforgettable dishes and met wonderful people devoted to Baltic cuisine that take full advantage of the coastal climate.
Here is the "Baltic Kitchen", a series about the tastes and stories of those who have associated their lives with the Baltic Sea. On this journey, you will meet professional chefs and enthusiasts who will present their ways of preparing dishes with Baltic fish. You will see how foreign Baltic cuisine differs from Polish, what are it's characteristics and similarities.
In addition to the travel episodes, we have also prepared for you recipes inspired by the flavours of sea fish dishes specific to the Baltic Sea.
