Wyspiarska zupa rybna

After coming back from lovely little islands near Bornholm (see this episode: https://youtu.be/q9ukCcf71xM), Wit met an amazing pair of Icelandic people. In their restaurant, they treated him with the fish soup of their old, family recipe. Its unique taste inspired him to prepare his own version...

Ingredients:

- 1 whole flounder,
- 2 flounder fillets,
- 1 set of peeled vegetables,
- 1 red pepper,
- a whole head of garlic,
- dill for decoration,
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
- 2.5 l of water,
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream,
- lemon,
- salt and wash,
- lemon oil.
