Herring a la Bismarck on apple-horseradish pie

Following the footsteps of Baltic cuisine led Wit to a recipe that is more than 150 years old. Herrings a la Bismarck are the pride of a Stralsund company. Wit was able to watch the process of making this delicacy, which inspired him to prepare his own proposal.
