  1. 300 g European plaice fillets
  2. 1 egg
  3. 3 tablespoons of panko
  4. Half a chilli pepper
  5. 1 clove of garlic
  6. 1 cm of ginger
  7. 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
  8. 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  9. 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
  10. Lime
  11. 10 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
  12. Sesame

Slice the white plaice meat (de-boned) into smaller pieces. Blend chilli, garlic, ginger, coriander and parsley in a food processor. Add the fish, egg, panko and fish sauce and grind everything. Form chops and pierce them with chopsticks


Bake the chops for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. After baking, pour the slices with teriyaki sauce, sprinkle with herbs and sesame.
