Slice the white plaice meat (de-boned) into smaller pieces. Blend chilli, garlic, ginger, coriander and parsley in a food processor. Add the fish, egg, panko and fish sauce and grind everything. Form chops and pierce them with chopsticks.
Bake the chops for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. After baking, pour the slices with teriyaki sauce, sprinkle with herbs and sesame.
