  1. 2 plaice
  2. 1/2 bunch of parsley
  3. salt, pepper, lemon juice
  4. 5-7 potatoes
  5. 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  6. seasoning for potatoes
  7. garlic powder
  8. sweet paprika
  9. thyme
  10. basil
  11. 1/2 head of white cabbage
  12. 1 small red pepper
  13. 3/4 of a leek
  14. 2-3 smaller carrots
  15. bunch of dill and parsley
  16. marinade: 1/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/3 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons mustard, 1.5 teaspoons salt

Plaice with roasted potatoes

Rinse the fish and season. Do the same with diced potatoes.


Place everything on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for around 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.


Shred the cabbage finely. Peel and grate the carrots. Slice the pepper into strips and the leek finely. Add chopped parsley and dill.


Prepare the marinade. Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring them to a boil. Then pour hot marinade over the mixed vegetables and leave for about 1 hour. Then put into jars and store in the fridge. Serve with dinner.
