Preparation
Rinse the fish and season. Do the same with diced potatoes.
.Place everything on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for around 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
.Shred the cabbage finely. Peel and grate the carrots. Slice the pepper into strips and the leek finely. Add chopped parsley and dill.
.Prepare the marinade. Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring them to a boil. Then pour hot marinade over the mixed vegetables and leave for about 1 hour. Then put into jars and store in the fridge. Serve with dinner.
