Season the fish to taste with salt and pepper and fry in a small amount of oil until golden on both sides. Remove from the pan. Deglaze the pan with wine and add the rest of the ingredients, boil while stirring thoroughly, reduce to a sauce consistency. Add the fried fish and simmer for a while. Put the fish on the plates and pour the hot sauce over it.
