Plaice in cheese batter

Preparation

Fillet the plaice and coat them in a beaten egg and breadcrumbs mixed with grated Grana Padano cheese, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.

Fry the fillets in hot clarified butter, on both sides, until golden and crispy.

Spread the tartar sauce on a bread slice generously then add the sauerkraut and fish pieces.
