Heat the oil in a frying pan and then add finely diced onion and pressed garlic to the pan. Fry for a while, then throw in the rinsed spinach and fry for a while until the spinach wilts.
Then I throw in the sundried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes cut into thin strips. Then I pour in the 18% cream, add some water and fry for a while until all the ingredients are combined. Season with salt and pepper..
Add the fish pieces to the sauce and cook for about 10 minutes, until soft. Serve with boiled potatoes.
