Preparation
Cut the peppers into thin strips, dice the tomatoes and potatoes, chop the garlic and onion.
.Heat a bit of oil in a deep frying pan, add onion and garlic, then peppers - fry everything. Add diced tomatoes and potatoes, smoked paprika, fry, add broth to cover everything - stew for about 5 minutes.
.Add the cod cut into large cubes, add salt and pepper and simmer for another 10 minutes.
.Serve hot on deep plates.
