  1. 30 dag of sea fish fillets
  2. 3 tablespoons of oat flakes
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 leek (large – only the white part)
  5. 2 cloves of garlic
  6. 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
  7. 2 eggs
  8. Black pepper to taste
  9. 2 tablespoons of bradcrumbs
  10. frying oil

Peel the onion and cut into 4 pieces, fry and mince in a meat grinder together with the fish fillets cut into smaller pieces.

Wash the leek and cut into small cubes, peel the garlic and squeeze it through a press. Put all the ingredients into a bowl, break the eggs and add soy sauce and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.


Form small cutlets with wet hands,  coat in breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil on a frying pan.
