Preparation
Wash the salmon, pat it dry with a paper towel, remove any remaining bones. Brush the whole surface of the fish with a mixture of miso and honey, sprinkle with sesame.
.Heat the oven to 180 degrees.Bake the salmon for 10 minutes at 180 degrees, and for the last 5 minutes leave it at maximum temperature under the grill.
After baking the salmon serve with cranberries and your favourite herbs.
