Preparation
- make the base of the salad in one large bowl, then place on plates
- Place cabbage, carrots, cucumber, leek and red onion sliced into long strips in a bowl
- Rinse the sprats, salt them, dip in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs./li>
- deep fry the sprats in oil until golden brown, afterwards place on a paper towel
- place a portion of our salad on the plates
- arrange the sprats on a salad
- add the grapefruit chunks
- make a dressing: soy sauce+ lime juice+ a teaspoon of honey and pour it over the salad
- Finally, sprinkle with crushed nuts and coriander
