Preparation
Pour a little oil into a frying pan and fry the onion until golden. Add a chopped clove of garlic and beans. Fry for a while taking care not to burn the garlic because it is not healthy and fu. Add water and bring to the boil.
.When half the water has evaporated, add the broccoli, lemon zest, dill and butter. Literally after a moment turn off the gas. Stir gently and salt to taste.
.Wash the fish under running water and dry it carefully. Rub with salt. Coat in egg and then in flour. Fry on both sides in very hot oil until golden brown.
