  1. 400 g of marinated herring fillets
  2. 200 g of sour cream (12% fat)
  3. 150 g of natural yoghurt
  4. 1 spoonful of mayonnaise
  5. pepper, salt for taste
  6. lemon juice
  7. leek - the white part; 1 pc.
  8. 1 large apple
  9. 4-5 ogórków korniszonów
  10. 1 small can of red beans
  11. 2 spoonfuls of chopped chives and parsley
  12. lemon quarters to be served
  13. new potatoes boiled in skins

Herring salad with leeks and red beans

Dry the herrings with a paper towel and cut them into strips. Chop the leek and cut the cucumbers into thin slices and dice the apple. Drain the red beans and rinse under cold water. Put all the ingredients into a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.


Cream mix with natural yoghurt and mayonnaise. Add to the herring and other ingredients, season to taste with salt, and mix together. Put the prepared herring in the fridge for 30 minutes. Boil the jacket potatoes until soft. Serve with the herring salad and lemon pieces.
