Ingredients

  1. cod fillets
  2. fresh or frozen green peas (not canned)
  3. shimeji mushrooms
  4. broccoli
  5. onion
  6. soy sauce
  7. coriander
  8. black sesame seeds
  9. pepper

Preparation

Fry the cod fillets or roast them in the oven, cook the broccoli sprigs. Fry the mushrooms together with the onion and when they are slightly browned add the peas, season to taste.

On a large plate put peas with mushrooms, broccoli, cod, pour soy sauce and lemon juice, sprinkle with sesame and coriander. Done!
