Preparation
Season the herring carcasses with salt and pepper. Mix the butter with spices and garlic. Prepare the panko according to the instructions on the packet.
.Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fill the carcasses with the previously prepared butter. Wrap the fish in slices of bacon and then dip them in the panko breadcrumbs.
Fry the fish in the hot oil. Set the fish aside on a paper towel. Serve the fish with a light salad and horseradish yoghurt sauce.
