  1. 250g turbot fillets
  2. 1 small egg
  3. 1 spoonful of breadcrumbs
  4. 0,5 teaspoon of curry
  5. 1 teaspoon of butter
  6. 2 spoonfuls of chopped dill and parsley
  7. 1 spoonful of extra virgin olive oil
  8. 2 cloves of garlic
  9. 1/2 of a medium-sized onion
  10. 1 can of tomatoes
  11. 3-4 spoonfuls of a spicy ketchup
  12. spices: salt, pepper, granulated garlic, a spice of dried tomatoes, basil, sweet pepper

Turbot balls with tomato sauce

Fillet the turbot and remove the skin. Cut the fillets into cubes and put them into the container of a food processor or chopper. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Add breadcrumbs, egg, butter and chopped herbs. Mix everything together thoroughly. Form small pullets from the mixture. Heat up a pan with olive oil, add chopped onion, fry it for a while, then add pressed garlic and put in the pullets. Fry them on each side.


Pour the canned tomatoes between the pullets, season. Cook covered for about 8-10 minutes. Serve with rice.
