Fillet the turbot and remove the skin. Cut the fillets into cubes and put them into the container of a food processor or chopper. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Add breadcrumbs, egg, butter and chopped herbs. Mix everything together thoroughly. Form small pullets from the mixture. Heat up a pan with olive oil, add chopped onion, fry it for a while, then add pressed garlic and put in the pullets. Fry them on each side..
Pour the canned tomatoes between the pullets, season. Cook covered for about 8-10 minutes. Serve with rice..
