Preparation
Remove the skin from the herring flaps and fry the fish flesh in hot clarified butter. Cool down and grind together with cottage cheese in a meat grinder. In a bowl, mix the cheese with fish, chopped pickled cucumbers and chopped onion, Hungarian paste and dill.
.Add salt and pepper. Eat the paste on delicious bread.
