Ingredients

  1. 2 turbots
  2. half a sweet potato
  3. bell pepper
  4. 0.5 kg of brussels sprouts
  5. garlic
  6. chilli flakes
  7. sumac
  8. salt, pepper
  9. olive oil
  10. lemon

Roasted turbot with vegetables and sumac

Preparation

Prepare the vegetables. Cut the ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half, cut the yam into thin slices and cut the pepper into several pieces. Place the vegetables on a baking tray, salt and pepper them, sprinkle with sumac and chilli flakes and then douse in olive oil and massage! Place garlic cloves between the vegetables (they are delicious after roasting and soft inside).

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, put the tray with vegetables in about 10-15 minutes before the fish. Cut into the fish, salt and pepper, sprinkle with sumac, place the lemons. The vegetables are ready when browned, the brussels sprouts need to get a little bit of steam on the top, stir them once while roasting

Bake the fish for about 15 minutes, it will be done when the skin starts to come off easily!
