I remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and shred it finely. Put the cabbage strands into a bowl, add a little salt. I chop the leek into slices, grate the apple and carrot on a coarse grater. I put all the ingredients into a bowl, add spices to taste and drizzle with olive oil. I mix it and it's done.
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with spices and flour and mix. I lay out the potatoes on a baking tray and bake for about 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C.
I gut and wash the fish. Rub it with spices, olive oil and lemon juice. I put it on a baking tray and put it in the oven in the midst of baking the potatoes. After 10 minutes, I sprinkle the fish with almond flakes and continue baking until the fish and potatoes are tender.
Cut the mushrooms, cucumber and onion into small cubes and combine with the remaining ingredients for a thick sauce.
