Preparation
Season the fish with salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine the beer, flour, powder - to a smooth mass
Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the fish for 5 minutes - until golden. Drain the fish on a paper towel.
Serve the fish in beer batter with yam fritters. Sprinkle the whole dish with coriander and salt.<
