  1. 2 cod fillets
  2. 200 ml of beer
  3. 150 g of wheat flour
  4. 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  5. rapeseed oil for deep frying
  6. salt, pepper
  7. sweet potato fries
  8. coriander
  9. sauce: mayonnaise and chilli

Fish and chips - cod in beer batter

Season the fish with salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine the beer, flour, powder - to a smooth mass

Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the fish for 5 minutes - until golden. Drain the fish on a paper towel. 

Serve the fish in beer batter with yam fritters. Sprinkle the whole dish with coriander and salt.<
