  8. 150 g of smoked cod
  9. Optionally pinch of salt and pepper
  10. Grease: 100 g of backfat

Chop the flour with the hot water and salt, then add the melted butter.Form into smooth and uniform ball , sprinkle generously with flour and set aside for 20 minutes for it to rest. Then divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out into a thin sheet, tossing in a little flour. Cut out circles with a glass, put in a little bit of filling and fold together. Cook in salted water for 2-3 minutes from the moment they float to the surface. Serve with hot pork fat cracklings.


Pass the cheese through a press, add finely chopped smoked cod and season with salt and pepper. Mix together.
